Icarus

Icare benefited from a year of aging in barrels from a famous distillery in Trinidad & Tobago, closed in 2002.

After resting for an additional year in stainless steel vats and another year in the bottle, Icare is a marriage of sweetness and complexity.

The barrel used for its aging had just been emptied of a 23-year-old rum and was then immediately refilled with our Icare vintage in order to benefit from a fresh marriage of aromas.

Unique production of 260 bottles.
